Navajo Blanket, woven in a sarape format with a banded design in native handspun wool with natural fleece colors of gray/brown, ivory and black with aniline dyed red/orange and yellow.
This textile is best suited for use as a wall hanging/tapestry, bed covering or furniture throw. May be hung horizontally or vertically. Due to the fine weave, it is not suitable for use on the floor as an area rug.
