Additional Information 

Etching of a landscape in Wales (United Kingdom) with trees and hills and a pond or river. Alternate title: Valley of the Llugwy (Moel Siabod), North Wales. Signed in pencil by the artist and inscribed, "Valley of Lugwy Wales" and "Trial Proof Four Proofs - plate destroyed"). This image is from a sketch Burr made while traveling in Europe between 1896-1901. He created the etchings in his studio following his return to the United States. Most date to circa 1905, Burr continued to create engravings of his sketches until circa 1930. Presented in an archival mat, custom framing services are available. Seeber #354.
