A double-shoulder storage jar with Santa Clara Pueblo potter, Margaret Tafoya's signature bear paw design. Constructed by hand of earthenware with a highly polished slip with a double shoulder and four bear paw impressions.
Margaret Tafoya (1904-2001) was from the Santa Clara Pueblo and is among the most renowned Native American Pueblo potters of the 20th century.
