Vintage Navajo rug, circa 1920s - 1930s, pan-reservation, trading post era. Woven of native hand spun wool in natural fleece colors of brown/black, gray/brown and ivory with aniline dyed red. This textile is well suited for use on the floor as an area rug, as a wall hanging or bedcovering/furniture throw.
