Artist Biography - James Greer (1903-1990)
James Emery Greer was born and Massachusetts and studied under Hilbert. He later relocated to Colorado. The majority of his pieces are of landscape subject matter, especially the grandeur of mountains and the streams rushing through. Greer's paintings are in the permanent collections of the University of Indiana and Boston University as well as many private collections.
