Original ledger art by Oklahoma artist James Black. The composition depicts two women on horseback, one of whom is wielding a sword and the other a pistol. At the edges of the piece, rifle barrels can be seen shooting back at them. Colored pencil and ink on 19th century ledger paper. Signed and dated, 2025, lower left. Presented in a new custom handcarved frame by artisan Michael Blatnik with an archival mat and UV70 protectant glass.
